My dog is very lethargic and drooling a lot?

He doesn't usually drool but now is really lethargic and drooling while sleeping. He did have a cortisone shot last week, which makes them extra thirsty so perhaps that is causing it. We already took him to the vet and they checked his temp, and bloodwork with no abnormalities.
