I drive 3 hours to and from work everyday and i only have a firebird how can i make it safe for winter?

If you get a fair amount of snow, I would not advise it. However, if you do decide to go that route, add this to the list of things previously mentioned: Snow tires on all four wheels, sandbags or cinder blocks in the hatch. The car is not designed to go well in the snow.
