What are some good ideas for a 14th birthday party?

i am a 13 year old girl turning 14 very soon, in a summer! i am quite girly i would like a very uniqe idea, i really want a sleepover too! should i just start it like quite late at about 6 and just stay at home and have some fun or should i start it at about lunchtime and then go somewhere first (say where) and then have a sleepover afterwards, im inviting 4 people and where should my main room be? (dining, decorate the garage, my room, backyard, lounge etc) please help!
