How can I get $600 million funding to create a Hogwartz school of magic?

I need to buy 50 acres of land near a forest. The Hogwartz Express will be a narrow gauge line running beside the forest and a river or better still the sea. The building will be build in stone and mortar (cement + clay) with detachable staircases just like fire engines have. Whole cabins with teachers in them will dissappear into the wall and we shall also have krestrels (comodo dragons) and hippogriffs (condors) on site in large (60 X 60 X 60 metre) cages. The students will learn the arts of telepathy, (occlumency), psychopathology (defence against the dark arts), zoology (exotic animals), ayurved (potions), homeopathy (poisons), network computing (marauder's map), database technology, (pensieve), motivational speaking (charms)
