Is it normal practice of your spec forces to tidy up the ranges that you use while teaching foreign forces?

I Observed this practice, when this team of US spec-op.(unit unknown, they dont have patches on their camou uniform)were teaching soldiers scout ranger/law enforcers.ault maneuvers,.....the almost/ half day firing exercise in the police range...have produced enormous amount of SS109 rounds littered all over the firing line...then when the exercise were finished,,,i was surprised that the spec op guys, started to pick up all the spent shells, removed the targets, picked up empty water bottles, placed it in garbage bins, except the ss109 shells, which was placed on this little crates and placed on their service vehicle...all of this transpired while the local lazy wipes were puffing cigarettes, and pocketing unused ss109 rounds, not even a single wipe helped in cleaning up the range....my buddies and i could have helped in tidying up the place but were not part of the exercise.
