Quinceanera help (chambelans problems!)?

My quinceneara is Oct 1st my actual b-day ! (YAY!) I already have the important things like my dress, the hall, church, and other things. The only problem now is that I need to start practicing for the vals and other dances. And I can't start those until I have my court ready. I only want 7 chambelans and NO damas (too much drama, been in 2 15s already). I have 5/7 chambelans already so I just need to ask 2 more guys and I think i know who. Expect 1 of them in going to be in my friend's 15 but hers is in May and it was really hard for his parents to agree and let him be in it. (so should i still ask him?) I still want to ask him since his mom & my are good friends. & the other guy is my best guy friend but im too shy to ask him . so my questions are : 1. How can I ask these guys to be my chambleans 2.Is it better to do it in person or over facebook/text be ok? 3.how many months before should we start practicing? 4. How should their suites look like if my dress is turquoise & sliver? like suite color, vest color, tie color? 5. Any good/sweet FATHER/DAUGHTER dance songs? 6.what would be cute hairstyles and makeup looks for that day? Sorry that it's long I need A LOT of help. !
