Is it possible to start a small computer repair business, that soley just does virus/spyware removal?

As well as other PC tune up services?..By PC tune up services, I mean like secure file deletion, changing of the boot time out so Window's loads faster, etc. I ask this because I have a brain injury from childhood, and short term memory loss. I'm great with desktop computers and their hardware. However, I'm not sure I have enough mental capacity for things like networking (except maybe wireless), and also some software things (like fixing a corrupt MBR without losing data, and also taking data from one fried hard drive and putting it on another).
