I smoked 3 cigs last night for the first time. Have I done any permanent damage to my lungs?

You dont need to worry about smoking 3 cigarettes. You have to smoke regularly for several years to start damaging your lungs. As long as this is not the beginning of a smoking habit, your in no danger.
