What did you think of Camp Rock?

I thought it was great, actually! I loved the plot and the songs, and now I have a new fave movie. I know I'm like going to watch it 5 billion times and never get tired of it. It beat HSM a million times over. I just loved it! Only drawback, it wasn't long enough! (Well, it was 30 more minutes more than regular DCOMs, but still. Are there any pre-workout/weight loss supplements that are inspected and approved by the FDA?

I just tried taking Super Pump Max by Gaspari Nutrition, and I feel fine, but apparently one of their products (Novedex XT or something) was causing liver and kidney failure. Also, it seems like most supplements are not approved by the FDA and are dangerous. I don't know if this is from the FDA overreacting to the side effects of some supplements or if supplements are just bad for you, or if people are just abusing them. I still want to use some sort of pre-workout so I can get results faster, but it just seems like everything is dangerous.

I don't know if this has anything to do with your owl, but have you ever seen the movie "The Fourth Kind"? It's a true story about this woman who was a therapist up in Nome, Alaska who treated numerous patients who were being watched by a white owl. They thought it was their imagination but they think it might have something to do with aliens. There is actual footage and acting to cover the rest of the story not video-taped. My computer had a major virus on it recently, a worm. (Scans found W32.trats, trojan vundo, tracker cookie). We had a guy fix it and it works perfectly now. I'm never going to download anything from limewire again, since that's where the virus came from; however, I was told to Never get on myspace.com again either, as computers get infected so easily by vistiting that site. Should I really never get on myspace again? So many people have myspace accounts! What other sites should I avoid at all costs to prevent a virus? How about freebie game sites, such as this Gaia Online?

My experience has been that you need to do heavy weights low reps like the other responder said. However, do not, repeat DO NOT, do them 5 days a week. Your muscles do their growing when they are resting/recovering. Training any muscle 5 days a week is silly. When you lift weights you are actually making micro-tears in the muscle. The only time these tears heal is when they get to rest. Also, switch up your lifts. In other words, don't just do the same lift all the time. Make sure to work all of your muscles equally. For example, if all you train is your upper body you will wind up looking like a mosquito. Eat clean, get lots of rest and do not get into steroids or HGH. That crap will kill you. Oh yeah, push ups are great for shoulders too. Good luck. Remember, men do not reach their physical peak, on average, until they hit 28 years old.

Needing advice on ritalin..?

Ever since I was a young boy I have always had aggression, attention, hyperactivity and depression problems. When I was 14 I started down the road of prescription medications. I was placed on several ssri's and a snri. They all seemed to make my problems worse. I kept trying med after med until I was placed on ritalin. The very first day I took ritalin I knew it was what I had been looking for. It took away my aggression, calmed me down, and helped me focus which in turn took away the depression I was feeling. I was 17 when I was put on ritalin but by then had developed a drinking problem. I am now 20 and at a rehabilitation center getting clean from the drinking. My mom called me last night and wants me off the ritalin. She said she wants me to be clean from everything and said that I was doing better since going to rehab and she didnt want me on the ritalin anymore. My addiction councellor has my mom thinking that the ritalin is of no benefit to me and if I wanted to get clean I needed to drop the ritalin. I know that alot of people are anti-ritalin but if you were in my shoes and couldnt sit still, work with others, and were depressed because you couldnt focus and felt like your mind was in a cloud then you'd rethink taking me off the ritalin. Ritalin helps me focus during the day and keeps me from falling behind not just in school but in my social life. Do you think that I should be off the ritalin after trying soooo many other meds with no success? I dont abuse my ritalin and the benefits it provides for me are unbelievable. Why ado they want me off the ritalin so badly if its what helps me live my life and stay on track. They had no problem throwing zoloft, effexor, clonazepam and other junk like seroquel at me but they dont want me on ritalin. any advice or opinions are greatly appreciated. thanks

Im 15, and i have been dating this guy for 3 months! Hes so amazing. We have everything in common, we even finish eachother sentences. He says im the one and that we will make it. I live in Littleton CO and he lives in Highlands ranch CO. So its a 20 minute drive. We seeeachtoher every saturday. Its hard not seeing him all the time, but its worth it to see his face at the end of the week(: I know were young, but i want to get married at 18. And so does he. So we have planned, our wedding, how were going to live, were, money, and alot other things. I want to get married young, because i want to make my future with my husband, and grow from there. I know not alot of marriages dont last that young, but i dont believen divorce. And nither does he. Another thing about him is he is very old school. He wants to save "IT" til marriage. If you know what i mean. And he believes that the wife stays home and takes care of the kids while the husband works. Hes so sweet and amazing. What do you think? My mom says 18 is to young. Can my employer legally force me to change from a w2 to a 1099 ?
